A 1:1 ratio is also considered as a satisfactory level of liquidity, since the stock is excluded from the current asset which implies that the firm has immediate cash to settle its current liability. Acid Test Ratio Both the companies have maintained a marginal level of liquidity in 2010 with current assets of 1.38 (Hornby) and 1.48 (Games Workshop) to current liability of 1 and also in 2009, Games Workshop continued a marginal level of 1.14. In the year 200 9, Hornby has shown an insufficient liquidity (0.72) when compared to Games Workshop (0.90). The reason for the increase in ratio for both the companies in the year 2010 was due to the increase in cash and cash equivalents. Further, in the same year trade receivables also increased. Since liquidity ratio is calculated by deducting stock from current assets, it reflect the current assets in the sense that companies which maintain high stock will have low current assets to current liability and therefore the liquidity will be minimum to cover the current liability. The ratio indicates the number times the inventory has to be turned over. Any business will always prefer to have the shortest inventory turnover period since holding inventories involves cost. Debtor collection gives an investor an insight of how many days in year does companys customer take to repay. Debtor collection is important to an investor because provides details on whether the funds are being tied up because the customer is taking longer period to pay. Debtor Collection Period The bar chart above indicates that Games Workshop has the lowest Debtor collection period where as Hornby, comparatively has the highest. Both companies have marginal increments for all three years. However, though Games Workshop has less debtors, it has considerably high revenue from sales as compared to Hornby. On the other Hornbys debt are a few hundreds more than Games Workshops Debt but has lower Revenue from sales. Thus Games Workshop proves to be the one with better cash inflow. In terms of efficiency Hornby yet again has performed poorly. This goes against Eddies prior actions of masculinity of caring for his family.  Rodolpho, on the other hand, has different views of masculinity. He has no family to take care of so spends his money on clothes and CDs. Because he has no responsibilities, this leaves Eddie to believe he is not masculine. I do not agree because everybody have different views of masculinity, and I think its down to the individual and their situation in life. Its just because he is different that Eddie doesnt like him. The audience are shown that Rodolpho likes to sing. This point is extruded blaitently so its hard to miss. It is shown by him singing paper doll. Eddie considered this unmasculine, but different people do different things. Singing is a unisex activity so I do not consider it feminine at all.  Rodlopho has bright blonde hair. Eddie shows the audience he doesnt like Rodolphos hair by saying his wacky hair. This is another thing that Eddie considers to be feminine about him because it is not very common for him to see it, so it is weird to him. Janiya lives home with her mom and aunt, her mom keeps her toys inside her room where Janiya regularly accesses her bedroom and bring toys in and out as she pleases, as well as plays inside her room when she wants. Her toys consist of a bike, baby dolls, Barbie dolls, tablet, computer, and PlayStation 4. These are the toys Janiya plays with everyday according to her mom. Observation Janiya is a very bright little girl with a huge personality she loves attention and loves to watch cartoons and play with her toys. The observations I made were in the living room, kitchen and her bedroom and observed her for 30 minutes. Janiya is a very creative little girl adapting to her surroundings and nothing was never too high for her because she climbed on top of furniture when she wanted to reach things that was too high for her I seen Janiya climb on top a chair to get some chips out of the cabinet she used her physical strength to pull her weight up until she was able to reach them. INTRODUCTION The state Disaster Management Action Plan (DMAP) has been prepared for its operationalisation by various departments and agencies of the Government of Maharashtra and other Non-Governmental Agencies expected to participate in disaster management. This plan provides for institutional arrangements, roles and responsibilities of the various agencies, interlinks in disaster management and the scope of their activities. An elaborate inventory of resources has also been formalized. The purpose of this plan is to evolve a system to  · assess the status of existing resources and facilities available with the various departments and agencies involved in disaster management in the state;  · assess their adequacies in dealing with a disaster;  · identify the requirements for institutional strengthening, technological support, upgradation of information systems and data management for improving the quality of administrative response to disasters at the state level;  · make the state DMAP an effective response mechanism as well as a policy and planning tool. The state DMAP addresses the state’s response to demands from the district administration and in extraordinary emergency situations at multi-district levels. It is associated with disasters like road accidents, major fires, earthquakes, floods, cyclones, epidemics and off-site industrial accidents. The present plan is a multi-disaster response plan for the disasters which outlines the institutional framework required for managing such situations. The state DMAP specifically focuses on the role of various governmental departments and agencies like the Emergency Operations Centre in case of any of the above mentioned disasters. This plan concentrates primarily on the response strategy.

Should Birth Control Be Available Over the Counter? Birth Control has been a topic of debate for years. Several issues and opinions arise when talking about it. Birth Control was first released in the form of a pill in 1960. Since then birth control has evolved into several different forms, including pills, patches, implants, injections, and sponges. As stated by the Guttmacher Institute, â€Å"more than 43 million women of reproductive age are sexually active and want to prevent pregnancy, as of October 2015. Among these women who do not want to become pregnant, 62 percent are using contraception.† (qtd. in â€Å"Birth control† 1). If Birth control was available over the counter, it would come along with several complications. One of the biggest concerns would be the cost of the Birth Control. Under the Affordable Care Act, as long as the Birth Control is FDA approved, the cost can be covered by a prescription. If Birth Control were to be available over the counter, it may come with a differing price tag.
